泰博科技股份有限公司企業工會與泰博科技股份有限公司在過去一段時間以來之紛擾，引起國內外社會廣泛關注，公司營運及形象亦受影響。如今經過勞動部不當勞動行為裁決委員會勸諭，雙方彼此間同意擱置歧見，達成和解，未來願共同努力創造勞資和諧、職場友善之工作環境，提升公司經營利潤及企業形象。為此，特共同發布此聲明，感謝國內外近段時間以來對本事件之關心，泰博科技股份有限公司將繼續於保障勞工權利與經濟發展之精神下永續經營。泰博科技股份有限公司企業工會亦將以友善溝通態度與公司合作，並歡迎符合入會資格之全體員工申請加入工會，與工會共同努力，創造勞資雙贏。
Agreement on Settlement
The disputes between the Taidoc Technology Labor Union and Taidoc Co., Ltd. over the past period of time have attracted widespread attention both domestically and internationally, and have also had an impact on the Company’s operations and corporate reputation. Following the recommendations of the Tribunal for Unfair Labor Practices of the Ministry of Labor, both parties have agreed to set aside their differences and have reached a settlement. Going forward, both parties are committed to working together to foster harmonious labor-management relations, create a friendly workplace environment, and enhance the Company’s corporate image. Accordingly, both parties hereby jointly issue this statement to express their appreciation for the attention and concern shown by people in Taiwan and around the world regarding this matter over the past period of time. Taiwan Taidoc Co., Ltd. will continue its sustainable operations in the spirit of safeguarding workers’ rights while pursuing economic development. The Taidoc Technology Labor Union will likewise maintain a friendly and constructive approach to communication, cooperation with the Company, and we welcome all eligible employees to join the union and work together to build a positive and mutually beneficial labor relationship.
